Uniform Design Concept Development:
Customers provide initial requirements regarding style, colors, logos, and printing or embroidery content. Yako offers professional consultation and proposes design ideas aligned with the customer’s corporate culture and brand identity. All requirements are carefully documented and transferred to the design stage.
Uniform Design Stage:
Our design team creates mockups based on the approved concepts. Customers review and approve the design before moving on to the next step. Any design revisions will be processed within a few days, depending on the project timeline.
Fabric & Material Selection:
Yako provides fabric samples, yarn types, and color options for customer selection. We advise on suitable materials based on usage needs, ensuring breathability, color durability, and ease of maintenance.
Sample Garment Production:
Applicable to orders of 50 units or more, sample production is completed within 5 days from the final approval of patterns and specifications.
Inspection & Evaluation:
Yako conducts quality inspections of the sample garments based on fit, stitching, color accuracy, and logo execution. Customers receive the samples for final review and approval. Once approved, Yako proceeds with mass production of the full order.
